Why do you think that people in the North Tropic of Cancer are wealthy and the people in Papua aren't? The people in the North Tropic of Cancer are wealthier that the people of Papua because while they moved on to more advanced things, the people in Papua didn't. In the North Tropic of Cancer, people had many natural resouces such as food, trees, plants, seeds, fabrics...etc. and they would send it and get money. The people in Papua continued to grow not so good things and that is why the people in the North Tropic of Cancer are now more wealthy that the people in Papua.
Another reason that the people in the North Tropic of Cancer are wealthier that the people in Papua is because now that the people in North Tropic of Cancer are more advanced, they get more tourists. If there are many tourists in a place, the tourists spend more money on things there. Another reason that the people in the North Tropic of Cancer are wealthier is becuase they started creating buildings and huge factories. Factories make things and then sell them and get money.
